If you're here, your sleep probably looks like this: Your brain won't shut off at night and you feel tired but can't fall asleep. Then once you do, you wake up again and stay awake (with your mind racing). You've tried things but nothing really seems to work. This is more common than you think - and it's treatable.
Sleep problems are usually not random. THey are driven by patterns in how your mind and body respond at night. Racing thoughts keep your system "on". Your sleep schedule may be working against you and trying harder to sleep can actually make it worse.

You may feel like you have tried everything! You've tried to relax more, changed your routine, and pushed through being tired. You may have even tried medication. But sleep often does not improve with random strategies - it improves with the right approach.
Most advice is too general and it does not address how sleep actually works. So, trying harder often makes sleep worse. Sleep is a system and it needs a structured approach.
What actually works is a better approach that focuses on changing the patterns that are keeping you awake. This includes a clear stepby-step plan along with practical changes you can actually follow.
This is the approach I use in my work with clients. It's based on CBT-I, the most effective treatment for insomnia.
